五、供应商资格要求:

1、具有独立法人资格并依法取得《营业执照》，且营业执照经营范围须包含本项目内容。

2、有近三年所操作过的大型国际展会外场展台的成功案例，有跟工程机械行业展会相关的工作经历优先。

3、供应商的成立时间应不少于5年。

4、供****点击查看银行资信及商业信誉，并应提交过去五年内的诉讼、仲裁和其它索赔的细节，不管是未决的，还是已解决的，不包括非实质性的索赔(总额不超过投标人总资产的5%)。如果未决的诉讼、仲裁或其它索赔超过供应商总资产的50%，将会被判定资质不合格。

5.2 不接受联合体参与谈判。

5.3 供应商未被中联重科列入黑名单。

5.4 国内单位提供报名表授权代表的近三个月社保证明，国外单位提供授权代表的授权证明。

Competitive Negotiation Announcement

Due to development needs, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science Technology Co., Ltd. is conducting competitive negotiations for the design and construction of its exhibition stand at the 2026 Conexpo Exhibition in USA. We invite suppliers with cooperation intentions, relevant qualifications, and capabilities to negotiate.

4. Project Overview:

- Booth Area: Approximately 10000sqf, please be advised that the relevant matter shall be subject to the officially issued technical requirements document.

- Exhibition Date: March 3, 2026, to March 7, 2025

- Official Set-Up/ Dismantle Times: Specific set-up and dismantle times will be based on information published in the Exhibitor Manual or important pre-exhibition notices.

5. Supplier Qualification Requirements:

- Possess independent legal entity status and have legally obtained a "Business License," which must include the scope of this project.

- Have successfully managed large international exhibition booth projects in the past three years, experiences related to construction machinery industry exhibitions will be prioritized.

- The supplier's establishment time should be no less than 5 years.

- Suppliers must have good bank credit and commercial reputation and should provide details of litigation, arbitration, and other claims within the past five years, whether unresolved or resolved, excluding non-material claims (total amount not exceeding 5% of the bidder's total assets). If unresolved litigation, arbitration, or other claims exceed 50% of the supplier's total assets, they will be deemed unqualified.

Other Requirements:

- No record explicitly prohibiting participation in negotiations.

- Joint ventures are not accepted for negotiation.

- Suppliers not blacklisted by Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science Technology Co., Ltd.

- Domestic entities shall provide the social security certificate for the past 3 months of the authorized representative for the application form, and foreign entities shall provide the authorization certificate of the authorized representative.

- Suppliers must provide official VAT invoices.

- Sign a non-disclosure agreement for this project.

6. Registration Instructions:

Provide relevant certification documents according to the supplier qualification requirements (including business license, basic account, performance in the last three years, company qualification documents, performance proof, confidentiality agreement, etc.), as well the entity shall provide the authorization certificate for the authorized representative.

- Registration materials consist of four files: ① An electronic form filled out according to Annex 1 requirements, named "Annex 1 Supplier Application Form—XXX Company"; ② Other materials compiled into a PDF file, named "Supplier Registration Certification Materials—XXX Company."
